How do you price your items?

Pricing calculation undergoes much consideration. Including time, materials, production, and talent. When purchasing an item, you agreeing that you are responsible for reading the full item description before making a commitment to purchase. Then, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to purchasing by completing the check-out payment process.

Product quality

Everything is hand built. I like to describe my work more under the category of art and not production pottery. Yes all my works are safe to use but need to be handled with care. Each piece is unique and may have imperfections that add characteristics. I love to embrace the natural clay rough and bumpy texture and showcase the way something feels when held.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless you received a damaged product. Please read below for more information.

I received a broken item.

I pack each ceramic item with care but I can't control what happens to the package once I mail it. If an item is delivered to you broken or damaged I will provide a 50% refund once the item has been shipped back to Stuck On Pottery.
